Patrick Boyle is an Audit Partner with over 30 years of public accounting experience. He is the firm’s Co-leader of the Commercial Audit Group and a member of the EisnerAmper LLP Executive Committee. Additionally, he serves as the Philadelphia office Assurance Practice Leader. In these roles, Patrick oversees the delivery and growth of high-quality and value-added assurance services within his local office and across the entire commercial assurance practice.
Patrick has extensive experience in serving public companies in the technology and life sciences industries. He has led numerous audit engagements for his publicly held clients with all aspects of SEC reporting, compliance, and filings, as well as Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Patrick also serves equity-backed and other private companies in several industries, including technology, life sciences, manufacturing, distribution, construction, and professional services. He has led numerous audit engagements with complex debt and equity transactions, acquisitions, and divestitures.
