Michele Epstein is a Partner with over 10 years of experience working with a wide range of private and publicly held companies. Michele has experience with SEC compliance, revenue recognition, equity-based compensation, and complex debt and equity financings. She has assisted clients with transactions such as IPOs and merger and acquisition transactions.
